Secret Training Spot
Spent a couple hours at my secret training spot. It was muddy and slick. I used this time to increase my lap speeds and work on body position by doing laps one-handed. After an hour on the track, I did some XC – it was gnarly. And of-course, when I was just transiting to a new area without trying to go fast, I took a mud-bath in a section I’d ridden over 30 times. Technique-wise, I need to get my elbows up. Looking forward to a couple days at Cornerspin to break these habits.
