Performance Criteria Before Applying to Dakar
- EKG with no anomalies (Requirement)
- Diastolic below 90 (Requirement)
- Systolic Blood Pressure below 130 (Requirement)
- Weight down to 205 (92 kg)
- Able to sustain 90% max heart-rate for 1 hour
- Able to sustain 80% max heart-rate for 4 hours
- Able to squat ________ lbs for ________ reps
- Able to comfortably ride off-road 12 hours off-road without mental/physical fatigue
